    These organic fresh Medjool dates are medium size and premium quality. Grown in the Jordan Valley of Israel, they have an exquisite taste and a soft, plump texture.

    No GMO. Preservative and sulphur free. No added sugar.

    High in iron, vitamin A, anti-oxidants flavonoids such as beta-carotene, dietary fibre, phytonutrients, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other vitamins and minerals.

    Medjool dates are also great for eating on their own, cooking and blending into raw treats, stuffed with cheese or used in in muesli mixes and baking.

    They are delicious in cakes, biscuits, puddings and a variety of savoury dishes or curries. Blend for a delightful caramel. Don't forget to remove the pits!

    Store: In an airtight container, to maintain freshness, we recommend storing dates in the fridge.

    Organic Medjool Dates are a preservative-free, raw product, high in sugar and moisture.

    In winter sometimes the dates can start to crystallise - and may have a white sugary appearance - but they are fine to eat! 

    In summer higher temperatures can cause the moisture and the sugar in the fruit to react (starting the fermentation process). Overall to get the best from your dates, we highly recommend refrigeration throughout the year.
