How to enjoy: Bring 8 cups (2L) of water to boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Drain. For a more al dente texture, rinse under cold water and then drain.
Ingredients: Certified Organic red lentil flour (73%), Organic brown rice flour.
Store: Keep in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dark place.
