    What is the formula? It contains beneficial fibres (both soluble and insoluble), cereal grasses, friendly bacteria and other nutrient dense foods. Motion Potion is a complete bowel food of fibre, herbs, prebiotics (good stuff that feeds your good bacteria - probiotics), probiotics - good bacteria.
     
    How to enjoy? Motion Potion forms a soft, slippery, pleasant tasting gel when mixed with water or juice that is gentle on the sensitive walls of the digestive tract.
     
    Suggested Adult Serve:
    1 heaped teaspoon daily in fruit juice or water away from food and medication/supplements. 1-3 times daily as required.
    Stir vigorously and drink immediately as mixture will thicken.
     
    VERY IMPORTANT: Follow with 1-2 large glass of water.
    Consume at least 2 litres (8 glasses) of water throughout the day.
     
    Gluten, dairy and nut free: Even though Motion Potion contains Organic Wheat and Barley grass it remains gluten free. Gluten exists only in the grains not in the grass of these plants.
