    Full of essential minerals, not boiled like other sea salts. Instead it is naturally evaporated using the wind and sun.

    Retains more nutrients - completely unwashed, unrefined and additive-free, keeping the salt rich in magnesium and trace elements. Slightly moist due to the natural harvest.

    This Celtic Sea Salt comes from the salt marshes of the Peninsula of Guerande, Brittany in France. It is produced by natural evaporation of sea water under the combined effect of the sun and the wind.
     
    Using ancient techniques the salt is then hand harvested in the shallow water and remains unwashed, unrefined and additive-free.

    The sea salt crystals are naturally dried and then ground into a fine salt.

    The grey colour comes from the clay that is present in the ground of the marsh.

    No GMO. Unbleached and chemical free. No anti-caking agents or fillers.
