    This mild blend of Indian spices will create a delicious homemade butter chicken.

    Serving suggestion: Butter Chicken
    Use approximately 1/2 tablespoon per person.

    Add 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger & 1 onion all finely chopped to butter or ghee & fry. Add 2 tablespoons of Butter Chicken mix & stir until fragrant.  Add 500g of chicken thighs cut into pieces, once browned add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes or tomato puree. Simmer until chicken is cooked then add 1/2 cup of thickened cream & simmer a further 10 minutes. You can substitute the cream for coconut cream and a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a healthier version.  

    Season and serve with basmati rice, yoghurt, fresh coriander and toasted almond slithers.
